August 27- 31, 2009.
Well well well, it has been some time since my last post. A lot has changed...and not all for the better.
After I got back from Santa Cruz, my parents put me right back in the car and headed to La Porte. A mountain town north of Sacramento. It was a loooong drive. Luckily on the way there I slept almost the whole time. However, once I got there I wanted to party...but my parents wouldn't let me. Weak. Instead they tried to put me to bed. I cried and grunted all night just to prove a point.
The next day was great! I went to the lake all day. I got to wear some sunscreen and my floppy hat. I also got to hang out with all kinds of other kids...some little like me and some older. It was cool. I mostly hung out in my car seat and napped and played. I even got a little color on my cheeks.
Mom and dad had a good time too, they went jetskiing and swimming. They tried to put my feet in the water but it was too cold. I slept really well that night because I was exhausted from my beach trip.
The next day we did the same thing...again fun. My Auntie Bridget was impressed with my attitude during the weekend. Maybe we will get invited back!
On the way home I slept for a bit but woke up angry...I cried for about 15 minutes and then slept the rest of the way home. All in all a good weekend.

Very mad today. My parents have decided I am old enough to "Cry-it-Out"...not fun. I am protesting this decision by screaming at the top (and I mean toooop) of my lungs for over an hour each time they try to put me to sleep without rocking or bouncing me. So far it has been one day. They say they are in it for the long haul, we will see. I heard them say they are giving it at least three days...I have my doubts. Stay tuned.

Saturday Night- August 15, 2009
Well well well...On Saturday I got met my cousins from Walnut Creek. They are so funny, my cousin Nico taught me how to scream really loud...its cool! And my cousins Sammy and Matty are really cool, they love to play sports and tackle each other. I can't wait to do that. It was really fun for everyone to pass me around. My Uncle Sam couldn't believe how light it was to hold a girl. My parents tried to put me to sleep at like 8:30...ha! No way. I stayed up and partied till 11.
Sunday...
Wow, so much fun last night that I couldn't sleep. Sunday we just hung out with cousin Ben and watched sports...just like daddy. Then cousin Ravi came over with Dylan and Julie...it was sweet! Finally a cousin that I am older than. Ravi is pretty cute...but not as cute as me. We do share some nice features though. What can I say. I went to the beach for the first time but all I did was sit in my tent with mommy and eat. It was too windy...I slept better last night, I was worn out from my bug weekend.
Now for three days with mom and no dad...don don dah (scary music)...

August 15, 2009...Reunion in Santa Cruz
Today we drove to Santa Cruz to stay at the Beach House! We are going to have a family reunion with the Campopiano's and I get to meet my Auntie Samantha! The drive over was cool...I slept most of the drive and I was showing off for my Aunt Geri and Uncle Gary and smiled and laughed when the came in. Time for a nap, Ill let you know how it goes...

More August fun...

Today I went to the Doctor to get my 4 month check-up. I was going pretty well at the begining...the doctor said I weighed 13 lbs 3 oz. Pretty good for a premie. I was a little bit short for my age but my mom is short also and my dad is not that tall. At the end of my visit some mean lady came in a gave me some nasty drink and stuck me the legs twice! Bitch! I cried for at least 10 or 15 minutes. It was terrible.
Oh and aunt Megan has been here since Monday. Her and mom party alot...mommie was too tired this morning to get up and feed me. Daddy had to do it. Weak.

My family is in town today, Grandma Chris, Grandpa Roger, and Aunt Gretchen. Its cool to have everyone here! At noon today my mom tried to feed me real food. Rice cereal. It was weird. I tried to eat some but Im not used to swallowing solid food. It will take some practice...
I think my mom is going to post a video of it later. Keep an eye out.

My wild August....so far.

Well, last Friday night I went to Big Sur with my parents. We stayed at a log cabin that is owned by my parents' friends the King's. It was pretty cool. I was really cold and had to wear my winter clothes for the first time. I slept the whole car ride and was really cranky when we finaly got there. I decided to cry alot and demand to be held as much as possible. I had trouble napping at the Cabin becuase uncle Ben and Josh were playing some bean-bag game. Annoying. I did however hav efun chatting with my uncle Adam. He is quite the charmer.

Today while my daddy played golf my mom and I took a long walk with a bunch of other babies and moms in woods. It was cool, I feel asleep for most of it though. Then we went to lunch and hadn't had my nap to I decided to have a serious meltdown. It was not pretty and my mom was panicked. Mom and I then went to uncle Chris and Aunt Mary's for a bit untill daddy got finished golfing.
After golf all of us went to Spanish Bay to spend the night. It was quite swanky. Thanks for the hook-up aunt Mary! On Sunday before we left we all took a family bath. It was great, I really had fun and splashed around.
More to come later...Oh and I pooped 3 times on the drive home. Gross!
